Toe eye cover for a 2019 QX50

I just noticed the toe eye cover my QX50 was missing. It's the little square panel on the driver side of the bumper. I never noticed it was there until it was gone. Has anyone every replaced one? I see the parts are available unpainted, wondering if anyone has ever replaced one and how they matched the color. Thanks!
