Hi, I have tried to stream audio from my Android phone using Bluetooth, as well as by connecting the phone to the USB port. In both cases, the system says "no USB" or "no Bluetooth". I can connect my Android phone via Bluetooth and make/receive calls, just no audio streaming. Any ideas?

Figured it out! First, my husband's phone was already paired, so it was streaming audio from his phone instead of mine. Then I un-paired and re-paired my phone, connected to Bluetooth as audio source, and now I can listen to my Amazon music from my Samsung Galaxy S8!

you learn to do the dance. I have found that if I open my music streaming app before my phone and car have connected (via bluetooth) that I'll never get the darn thing connected. I literally have to turn off the car, close the app, start over.
