QX50 Bluetooth Phone

Hello. My iPhone 6 connects easily. However, It does not recognize names from the address book. It seems to be a voice recognition issue. The contact load correctly. I had other phones of the same and different brand try with the same results. In most cases, it simply thinks the name being spoken is 'Cancel'. The dealership tried one of their worker's phone and it took multiple attempts to dial the correct name. Even with multiple failures, they declared that the problem is my phone. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you
