Hi Folks,
I'm new to the forum and hope someone may have information. The Right Front Door, side curtain airbag, and Rt. front seat airbag, seat cover, headliner (damaged from airbag deploying) require replacement.
We've been waiting for both the door and seat airbag with the seat cover to come in for 2 1/2 months. Now we're told by our dealer there is no telling when infiniti will have our door and they are not selling the seat cover or the seat airbag at all. Both parts for the seat originally showed a cost $1,500 and now are costing $11,000 to buy an entire new seat(??!!!). After reporting this to Infiniti Corporate they are looking into the door issue but we're waiting to hear why the issue with the seat replacement. Our point is, if the seat cover was stained or punctured why should a customer be required to buy an $11,000 seat?
