On my 2015 QX50 I notice I see all cameras views except on the left side is this normal? I see no dammage at all on the mirror

Obviously NOT normal...

Failure of the mirrors is unusual, but not unheard of. Be aware that there is a calibration required if you end up having to replace the mirror. Not quite as simple as buying one out of a junk yard and popping it on.
