Hi this is my first post. I have a 19QX50 which has 11,000 miles. Been in the shop five times due to A/C problem. When I randomly start my car it sounds like a giant fan or jet engine, it blows warm air, the GPS spins and the auto light flashes. Four time they couldn’t replicate the problem. Last time it happened I drove there and they admitted something was wrong, and they actually changed a part or added a switch. Anyway not sure yet if it’s fixed. Talking to Nissan and they’re not feeling my pain. Anyone else out there having the same issue?

I own 2019QX50, bought in fall 2018 and have been having this same type of issue. Have had it in shop several times, some times it sounds like metal in a bind making an awful squealing sound. Other times it’s a roar. Have had parts replaced and software upgrades, just got it back after a week at dealership. They acknowledge the issue ‘but at this time there is no known fix.’ Have just about 12K miles on it. Very frustrated and wish I had bought the RDX instead. Never had an issue that the dealer could not fix. Especially since many 2019 cars have this issue.

My 2021 QX50's air stopped working after I had the car 4 months. Infiniti says they do not have a fix for the problem but are aware of the problem. Told dealership to not to waste time trying to fix, because it cannot be fixed. Hopes to have a fix SOON. Well 6 months later still do not have a fix for this problem, and won't buy back my car because I have not had an unreasonable amount of times taking my car in to be fixed. Well they say they cannot fix - so I was waiting on fix (which initially was going to be 30 - 60 days). I would call and they said don't bring in we still do not have a fix. Now I am in arbitration through BBB Auto-Line (800-955-5100) trying to get them to buy back my car. If you go this route check the Lemon Laws in your state - Look in back of the manuals that came with car and there is an address to send your FINALE REPAIR NOTICE - Don't waste your time waiting on a fix that is not going to come. Evidently this has been a problem for several years.
