My 2021 QX50's air stopped working after I had the car 4 months. Infiniti says they do not have a fix for the problem but are aware of the problem. Told dealership to not to waste time trying to fix, because it cannot be fixed. Hopes to have a fix SOON. Well 6 months later still do not have a fix for this problem, and won't buy back my car because I have not had an unreasonable amount of times taking my car in to be fixed. Well they say they cannot fix - so I was waiting on fix (which initially was going to be 30 - 60 days). I would call and they said don't bring in we still do not have a fix. Now I am in arbitration through BBB Auto-Line (800-955-5100) trying to get them to buy back my car. If you go this route check the Lemon Laws in your state - Look in back of the manuals that came with car and there is an address to send your FINALE REPAIR NOTICE - Don't waste your time waiting on a fix that is not going to come. Evidently this has been a problem for several years.

Hey I’m going through your exact same issue. Being told it needs some ECU flash that they are working on. Did your issue get resolved? I’m in TX so thinking of getting lemon law lawyer.
