Just bought a 2017 Infiniti QX50 last month. This is my first Infiniti and so far I am loving it. I am seeing slightly better MPG then I was warned about online. After 1800 miles I am averaging about 21.8mpg. I don't think that is to bad at all. The QX50 replaced an ageing 2004 Forester XT. The turbo Forester was averaging about 20mpg so we actually stepped up a couple mpgs. The car is fun to drive and I can't see why it gets such negative reviews online. The interior is very nice and it seemed on level with the other brands we tested before going with the Infinit. The Mercedes sales guy seemed to be shocked that we didn't want to take his smaller and less powerful GLA250 over a "lower class Japanese brand".
