thanks for the above info. I called that dealership. in San Diego I am not getting much service from the local dealers. Is there any other extended warranty options besides whats listed above?
Extended Warranties are in essence ~ an Insurance Policy

Also a Gamble ~

You pay and hope to win big if a major repair might so happened to be covered and not excluded in the fine print

The Warranty Company gets your money upfront and can blame all sorts of things on normal wear and tear, and deny coverage in all the other clauses stipulated that lean in their favor

Why not Gamble and hope the odds are in your favor that nothing happens to your 2020 and keep your upfront cash ?

Just tossing out concepts ~ I have no recommendation ~ but these Warranty Places sure like having their robots call me for some reason

I was always a fan and believer in warranties - only once did one cover a big job - injectors on an '07 Tahoe LTZ -
( ran E85 back then - half the price of gas - but more corrosive to the fuel system - lead to a known issue called " Hot Start " where the Tahoe has a hard time starting ) this was a GM policy that covered it. Wonder if a fly by night toilet paper warranty company would have . .

Every other Extended / After Factory Warranty was an absolute waste of money as they were never used ~

I buy older luxury cars cash with low miles and clean car faxes and forgo the Extended Warranty and hope for the best - so far - so good -

It has been 15 years since I bought a warranty - when balanced out against every repair ever needed on every car in the Family - I've come out ahead

ive thought about this as well. with my other vehicles I have been lucky in the past with a good warranty that worked when I needed it.
