I had a Murano and the wife had an Odyssey. I changed my Murano for a QX50 - she just switched to a Pacifica. The QX50 is sporty and so luxurious. But it is smaller than the Murano and MUCH smaller than any van. You can't really compare a small CUV/SUV to a minivan.

If your wife is the type that doesn't mind the "image" of a minivan and recognizes that it is really the most useful vehicle (and doesn't need AWD), take a look at the Pacifica Limited with S-Package. It is as sporty as a minivan can be and pretty luxurious too (for a minivan). I couldn't find one with an S-Package when I got hers, but it is still very good looking....for a minivan :).

Yesterday, we needed to pick up some plywood from Lowe's. It would not have fit in the QX50 easily. Pacifica made it a breeze.

I have a 2016 Q50RS. I leased a QX50 for my wife in November. She's loving it. We have ~5K miles on it already. Plenty of power, great tech features, etc. But if you need the space of an Odyssey, the only real Infiniti option is the QX60.

My wife likes everything about her 2019 QX50 except the horrible gas smell that comes with it. It makes our whole garage reek of gasoline. The inside often smells like gas too. Infiniti has tried, unsuccessfully so far, to fix it. We will make you a great deal on ours! Honestly, I would advise against purchasing this vehicle because we are starting to feel like Infiniti doesn't care about our situation or remedy.
