Does INFINITI update the Instrument Cluster software via Satellite/wireless?

On Monday 5 December at some point my instrument cluster went black and displayed only "Hardware HA2000" or something like that. The next morning when I started the car, there were 2 new Instrument pages called "Variable Compression Turbo" and "Chassis control". (Image below)
I've had the car for 6 months and have never seen these before. They are not mentioned in the User Manual. In addition, "Chassis control", which seems to be utterly useless with no information or interoperability, is the new "default" when I start the car. Is this something accidentally uncovered by the Hardware HA2000 glitch, or does INFINITI allow for some kind of software update via satellite / wireless etc ?

That I am aware of I don’t think they have wireless updates. I recently had ours in the shop for an update as the clock was glitching out and changing on its own even after correcting the time it would change. I am so dissatisfied with this vehicle, at least ours has several issues especially the radio screen rebooting itself once in a while even after the software update. I think they are a little behind with their technology.
I have the same problem with my 2022 QX50. After attempts to reset it failed twice, the dealer replaced my audio visual unit (the screen also would randomly reboot as well). The clock was fine for a while but then suddenly was off four hours and then this week, it's off by five hours. I can't manually reset it. A friend thinks it may have to do with some kind of software update but I also am having trouble manually updating software.
I too am very disappointed and disappointed. At this point, I am thinking of selling it after only 19,000 miles.
