Having audio issues with my car since this morning. I drive the 2021 sensory model. Earlier this morning my audio came on but I when I tried to raise the volume the audio went out. The knob for the volume wouldn’t do anything. Now I can’t do anything but turn my radio on and off. The volume knob is completely out of commission. I tried googling it and I found a video saying it could be a problem with the DCU? (In the vid op said he drink spilled all over the front of his car after slamming on his break. I also accidentally spilled some drink into my cup holder and some dribbled onto the floor but that can’t make the DCU short out right since my audio was working perfectly fine when it happened)

Not yet since the audio was working fine after I spilled my drink. But i guess I better bite the bullet soon.

Mind did same thing before it’s like it froze up I parked vehicle turned off locked 🔒 door 🚪 waited 3 minutes got back in started vehicle it was fine hasn’t happened again 🤷🏾‍♂️🙆🏾‍♂️

You have a 2021, its called a warranty. Go to the dealer and use it.

Don't say anything about spilled coffee.

They will just replace the head unit.

request a loaner.
