My old iPhone 6 worked just fine in our 2021 QX50. But my new iPhone software has outpaced Infiniti as it only stays connected intermittently. The Infiniti website says it is not compatible at all. Beware of tech upgrades, I suppose. To make my story even sadder, I have a 2017 Q60 that has lost all tech support...NAV, phone...InTouch. Shameful!!
I suggest you check the Infiniti website to see if your phone is "compatible".

Same here 2020 Qx50 signature edition. My wife always has issues with the Bluetooth. I’ve noticed too that the Bluetooth randomly shuts off. This is what happens when the technology is old. The dual infotainment has been out for over 6 years. They simply patched in updates for these newer devices/technology that is way passed infinity’s older techs time and that is just a disaster hence the issues we are experiencing.
