Is there an OEM remote starter that could be retrofitted?

I have not seen an OEM remote start, but one of the guys in the local Infiniti group has an aftermarket starter he is happy with. It is from CARiD. Installing it did require reflashing his firmware. I don't have any personal experience with it. but thought you might want to check it out.

I had remote start installed on my 2016. It was a standard brand installed by a local auto accessories store. No flashing involved.

I just got a 2016 last month and added my own remote start from 12volt solutions, it took about an hour and works great!

I thought about getting an aftermarket remote start to warm up my '16 QX50 before heading out of work on cold below freezing days . . .

But the Heated Seat gets Super Hot in about 2 minutes ~ so I figured why bother . . .

Had a Viper Aftermarket Remote on my old soft top Wrangler ~ Installed at Best Buy for $129
It worked fine with no issues
