I was wondering if anybody can tell me what am i looking at as far is this what appear to be some kind of leak. Just now i opened a hood as i was just about to change oil and while looking around engine area i noticed this wet spot on passenger side. I have no idea what that could be.
Of course 4 year bumper to bumper warranty have expired about 6 months ago. I took off an engine cover to get a better view but still i have no clue what am I looking at.

ok i just came back from the dealer and and they fixed the car under powertrain warranty turned out the be transfer case and they have replaced rear case oil seal that they found on top of leaking valve cover gasket.
while car was serviced they told me about another issue they found but that well be in a separate post.
