2019 QX50 AC Issues

Just curious if anyone has the 2019 Infiniti QX50 in the south region where it gets brutal in the summer. The A/C is horrible. It seems to get warm when the turbo kicks in and fades in and out. Been to dealer already with 200 miles on it and they say its working as designed. It cannot be working as designed when the Q50 & Q60 that I just had were freezing cold. Anyone have any ideas or had this issue please let me know!

I am in South Carolina and yes, I have had issues with the AC. I also have a 2013 G37s Vert and the AC is super cold in it. Twice this summer, the ac was on blast but just blowing heat and you could hear the compressor running. Took it straight to the dealership while it was doing that they they couldn’t figure it out either. They were going to check it in and all of a sudden it starting working correctly and hasn’t done it since. They have made note on my account about the issue, but we think it was a software glitch.

I have a 2019 QX50 in CT. Have not used AC yet but I have a heater temp control issue. I wonder if they are related. For my issue have been to dealer twice still not resolved

Unhappy My 2019 QX50 AC just broken down...

I’m so frustrated... My 2019 QX50 AC just broke down yesterday,, but Infiniti of Englewood is out of business !#^ (where I bought it as a new last yr)... I was told to call other Infiniti, but earliest I can get a loaner car out is a week later.. I don’t intend to whine driving w/o AC, but it’s just over a year old, relatively new car, which makes me so frustrated...
- So far, many things have gone broken/malfunctioned.
- 2018 Oct, the proximity sensor got haywire, forced my car to stop in the middle of an intersection. Even after they fixed it, sensors make false warnings from time to time..
- Navigation panel got replaced early this year,,
- Surround back up camera got black screened (not always, but randomly).
- Seat mount got broken,,
- Drivers’ Seat belt warning indicator pops on while driving on highway (randomly as well)...
- After refueling, there is strong gas smell inside the cabin...
This is my first Infiniti, yet I didn’t know Infiniti is this unreliable...

Having the same AC problems but think I have it narrowed down to a sensor that sits in the top right corner of the dash. My AC gets colder when the hot sun hits this area, on a cloudy day the AC works better still not right but better. So what I have been doing is taking a hand towel that I keep in the car and covered this sensor area still not perfect but better the car is going back to the dealer next week with this info in hand. May ask them to disconnect this sensor if they will even do that.
